Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Craw LMS account at any time, from this page or from the Craw LMS app (Profile → Delete account).
What happens when you request deletion
- You are signed out of every device immediately and can no longer use the account.
- Your request is held for 14 days. During that time you can sign back in and cancel it, and nothing is lost.
- After 14 days we permanently erase your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, password, saved notes, bookmarks, notifications and push-notification tokens.
What we keep, and why
Records of payments, orders and issued certificates are retained in an anonymised form. They are financial and academic records we are required to keep, and once your account is erased they can no longer be linked back to you.
